Welcome to Woove. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.wearwoove.com) and the purchase of Woove products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your Woove slides within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • It includes the original packaging, box, and inserts

We do not accept returns for shoes that have been used or worn outside. Cosmetic imperfections from the 3D printing process are normal and not considered defects. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be subject to partial refunds or denial.

2. Deposit Refunds

If your order required a deposit, you are eligible for a full deposit refund upon request, provided your order has not yet entered production. Once production begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to material allocation and scheduling.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email support@wearwoove.com with your order number and a brief reason

  • If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only)

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm approval or rejection of the return

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site — including designs, logos, trademarks, images, 3D models, and product concepts — is the intellectual property of Woove.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of Woove IP may result in legal action.

6. Exchanges

Because all Woove footwear is made to order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your slides arrive defective or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost after review.

7. Use of Products

  • Woove footwear is designed for normal, everyday wear.

  • We do not guarantee specific wear patterns, lifespan, or durability, as usage conditions vary widely.

  • Woove disclaims responsibility for injuries or damage caused by misuse or alterations of our products.

8. Important Notes

  • Slight surface variations are part of the 3D printing process and do not affect performance or comfort.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective. Refunds exclude duties, taxes, and original shipping.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Ohio.

11. Amendments

Woove reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The date of the latest revision will always be posted at the top of this page.
